Ruang Lingkup Proyek — Project Scope — Setiap proyek dimulai dengan dokumen Scope of Work (SOW) yang disepakati bersama sebelum pengembangan dimulai. Every project begins with a mutually agreed Scope of Work (SOW) document before development starts.
Pembayaran — Payment — Pembayaran dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai milestone: uang muka, progres, dan pelunasan saat serah terima. Payments follow a milestone schedule: down payment, progress payment, and final settlement upon handover.
Perubahan Permintaan — Change Requests — Perubahan di luar SOW yang telah disepakati akan dikenakan biaya tambahan dan penyesuaian jadwal. Changes beyond the agreed SOW may incur additional cost and timeline adjustment.
Hak Kekayaan Intelektual — Intellectual Property — Kode sumber dan aset menjadi milik klien sepenuhnya setelah pelunasan penuh dilakukan. Source code and assets transfer fully to the client upon full payment.
